Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GridOS (the “Service”), operated by Fretboard Intelligence (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What GridOS does

GridOS analyses Amazon product listings using automated AI agents and returns an assessment covering SEO, keywords, policy compliance, copy, imagery, A+ content and advertising readiness, together with suggested changes.

GridOS provides informational analysis, not professional, legal or compliance advice. Our compliance scanner is an automated aid and may produce incomplete or incorrect results. You remain solely responsible for your listings and for compliance with Amazon’s policies and all applicable law. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Plans, usage limits and billing

• Free — 5 audits per month, no payment required.
• Pro — $99 per month, 30 audits per month.
• Agency — $299 per month, unlimited audits (subject to fair use).

One audit means one ASIN processed by our agents. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who also handles invoicing, billing enquiries and tax. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

“Unlimited” usage on the Agency plan is subject to fair use: we may apply reasonable rate limits or contact you where usage materially exceeds typical patterns or suggests automated abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense or white-label the Service except where your plan expressly permits it;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent usage limits or access controls;
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you lack the right to submit;
• use the Service to generate content intended to mislead consumers or violate marketplace policy;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the listing content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. Output generated for you is yours to use. We do not use your listing content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including AI inference providers, authentication, hosting, database and payment providers. Availability of the Service may depend on them. Where you connect an Amazon Selling Partner account, you authorise us to retrieve listing data on your behalf.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. Where changes are material and adverse to a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that using GridOS will increase sales, rankings, conversion, or that your listings will be compliant or remain active.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or non-payment.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
