Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
We want GridOS to be obviously worth paying for. If it isn’t, this policy explains how to get your money back.
1. Try before you pay
Every account starts on the Free plan with 5 audits per month and no card required. We recommend using it before upgrading, so you know exactly what you are buying.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it, provided the plan was not heavily used in the new period. We would rather refund you than keep money you did not mean to spend.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing inside your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months except where required by law.
5. Service failure
If audits fail to complete because of a fault on our side, we will restore the affected audit credits or, if you prefer, refund the affected period — regardless of the 14-day window.
6. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as:
- repeatedly subscribing and refunding across billing periods;
- consuming a large volume of audits and then requesting a full refund;
- violation of our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have under consumer law in your country.
7. How to request a refund
Email jp.echeniqueb@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the approximate charge date. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
8. Billing questions
Invoices, receipts and tax documentation are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd. You can also contact Paddle directly regarding a charge that appears on your statement.
