Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This policy explains what GridOS, operated by Fretboard Intelligence, collects when you use https://gridos.fretboardintelligence.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address and authentication identifiers, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk). We never see or store your password.
- Listing data — the ASINs and listing content you submit, plus data retrieved from Amazon on your behalf if you connect a Selling Partner account.
- Audit results — the analysis our AI agents generate for you.
- Billing data — handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. We receive subscription status and a customer reference. We never receive or store your card details.
- Technical data — server logs and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- to run audits and return results to you;
- to authenticate you and maintain your account;
- to enforce plan limits and process subscriptions;
- to diagnose faults, prevent abuse and secure the Service;
- to respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your listing content to train AI models.
3. AI processing
To produce an audit, listing content you submit is sent to our AI inference provider for processing and the result is returned to us. We select providers that do not train their models on API data submitted through their business tiers. Content is processed to fulfil your request, not to build models.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on the following categories of providers:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Supabase — database hosting
- Netlify — application hosting and delivery
- Groq / OpenAI — AI inference
- Paddle — payments, invoicing and tax as Merchant of Record
- Amazon Selling Partner API — listing retrieval, only where you connect your account
5. Retention
We keep your account and audit history for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit past reports. If you delete your account, we delete associated listing content and audit results, except where we must retain records for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Backups age out on a rolling basis.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email jp.echeniqueb@gmail.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on managed infrastructure with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach affecting your personal data where required by law.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for business users aged 18 or over.
11. Changes
We will post updates here and revise the date above. Material changes will be notified to account holders.
